Are you  redeemed and assured  of Heaven?

One can know.  Study this page and the Feature pages listed to find answers, and then pray to God to show you.  See the Gospel in Brief below on this page. .

Redemption speaks  of being  rescued (saved) and reconciled to God, who paid a great price for us; and it tells of great blessings in Christ, and eternal hope with Him and in His coming glorious reign as "King of kings, and Lord of lords".
Redemption Way is about  heaven and hell;  also salvation of the soul;  assurance of eternal life; blessing;  judgments;   man's course;   the Lord's sacrifice, kingdom reign, glory, and purposes, etc.  Such papers are posted here at times.  Contact the Site Manager for further information on these subjects.

"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life;  and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:36)
Understanding The Blessing

A  Few  Verses  To  Consider:  God is holy (Psa.145:17),  and no sin can  come into His presence (Hab. 1:13).   Man is born in sin so needs a new (spiritual) birth  (Psa. 51:5; John 3;  Rom.3;  Rom. 5:12;  Rom.10), and he must realize that  (Lev. 10:10; I Cor. 2: 14;  Eph. 2:3).  Christ died for the un-godly (Rom.5: 6-8), rose again (I Cor. 15: 3-4),  and if one truly believes on the Lord Jesus Christ he shall be saved from all sin (Acts 16: 27-34; Heb. 10:17- 23).  There is no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus (Rom.8:1),  and He that possesses the Son of God is sealed by the Holy Spirit and now possesses eternal life (John 3:16, 36; I John  5: 11-13).  Isn't that nice to know?  Does the reader truly know God's Son ---the Lord Jesus Christ? (John 17:3).

An  Impossible  Thing
"It is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted (clearly heard) of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit (being awakened by God ---'quickened' and learning of the truth of it), and have tasted the good Word of God, and the powers of the world to come (eternal issues), if they shall fall away (reject it all), to renew them again unto repentance;  seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh (rebellion), and put Him to an open shame."   - Hebrews 6:4-6. ---truly something to seriously think about!
A songwriter has said: "If I gained the world but lost the Savior, were my life worth living for a day? Could my yearning heart find rest and comfort in the things that soon must pass away? If I gained the world but lost the Savior, would my gain be worth the toil and strife? Are all earthly treasures worth comparing with the gift of God, eternal life?"  -Echoes Of Grace Hymn.  The Word of God says: "...the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Rom.6:23).

A Calling To Real Christians As Romans 10:13-14

Most real believers in Christ see the need to preach the gospel (good news) message of salvation for all souls, and some Christians feel led to do that at every opportunity.  The Word of God says:  "...how shall they hear without a preacher?" (Rom.10:14). That is a good question, and the work is not restricted to fulltime ministers of the Word, for all believers should be ready to share that message of hope and eternal life to everyone ---a light shining in the darkness (note John 1:1-5; John 3:16-18; John 5:35; John 8:12; Prov. 4:18; etc.). We all ought to be preachers as far as we can, as enjoined by God; and be urging souls to read the Gospels in the Word of God. There are some voices professing to be Christian, who preach "...another gospel" as the Apostle Paul said (words about rules and good works for salvation), and that will "...pervert the gospel of Christ" (note Gal. 1:6-8).

In 1 Corinthians 1:18 we read "the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God". One might not appreciate the message before they are saved, but it may well reach the con-science and touch the heart, to bring a non-believer to look unto Jesus for hope. Those who know the Lord Jesus can realize the Spirit of God as the source and great power to rescue and bless man. All mankind needs to be "born again" by the Holy Spirit, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

One time a preacher who was sharing the platform with another brother in Christ for a gospel meeting, made an introductory comment as follows: "My brother has been telling you what you will get when you come to Christ, and that was a nice word about blessings. Now, I want to tell you what you will get if you don't come to Christ". People would rather not hear the latter, but it is an essential part of the truth of God's gospel testimony. One who dies without Christ in their heart will be condemned for eternity, according to God's Word.

There is indeed judgment and consequences for sin and our natural fallen nature (see Gen. 2 & 3), and if we continue in our natural sinful course ---even without committing a severe sin, we will miss the blessing and goodness of God, and go down to condemnation when we leave this world. We urgently need to hear and receive the whole gospel message of salvation before it is forever too late, for it is not about how much we sin, but that we are born sinners (self-indulgent and without God). We need the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior today. One should start reading the gospel by John and the book of Romans in their Bible as a beginning.

It is not our work or calling to press souls for a statement of conversion. The work for Christians is to preach the clear Word of God (such as John 3:16) and pray, and salvation of the soul is God's work. Let us who know the Lord Jesus ---the Christ of God, rise up and preach the essential message given us .
